raising of the profile of the “NUFAM” commercial vehicle fair in Karlsruhe with French trade experts; visibility in French logistics and commercial vehicle trade press; long-term increase in number of German exhibitors and visitors.
Duties:
- Consultation, PR planning, media planning
- Compilation of tailored media contact lists for France
- Drafting and distribution of French press releases
- Follow-up calls with relevant media and journalists
- Invitation of French trade press to fair and accompaniment on site
- Conceptualization and realization of a media campaign (print and online) and collaboration with trade media in France
Result and Added Value for Client:
Visibility of NUFAM 2025 in French trade media through advertisement and banner spots as well as editorial media reports; first-time visit by trade journalists from France to the trade fair, groundwork laid for long-term cooperation
